Do I have to download anything?

No. We send a text or email to your mobile device. 

How do I join the visit?

Once you receive your text or email, click the link to join the virtual waiting room using your mobile device. 

You will then be notified when the provider is available.

Is this secure?

Our telehealth provider is HIPAA Certified and conforms with all HIPAA regulations.

How long is the wait time once I join the call?

Upon connecting, you should be able to see the provider within minutes. 

Does insurance cover telehealth visits?

In the state of Oklahoma, it is law that insurance providers cover telehealth visits.

What Insurance do you accept?

We are contracted with most insurance companies. However, we do NOT accept the following insurance:

  • KanCare
  • UHC KanCare
  • Aetna KanCare
  • Medicaid
  • Sooner Care

The following are ONLY accepted in Kansas:

  • BlueCross Solutions
Are medicines prescribed from a telehealth visit?

A physician-patient relationship is required in order to perscribe via telehealth visits.
